What Fripilot computes for you
Every synced sale brings its selling price, the Vinted fees withheld and the payout date. You enter the item's purchase price — once — and everything else follows: per-item margin, cost of goods sold, net result month by month, and the breakdown by brand, category or source.
Bulk purchases are handled pro rata: a bale bought for £80 spreads its cost across each piece, in proportion to its selling price.
The costs everyone forgets

Do I have to re-enter my sales by hand?
No. The Fripilot Connect extension reads the Vinted session you already have open, read-only, and pulls in sales, items and delivery statuses. You only add the purchase price.
Does Fripilot replace my accountant?
No, and it is not meant to. Fripilot keeps the figures current and presents them ready to be filed or handed over. Tax validation remains your accountant's job.
Can I get my data back if I stop?
Yes. Excel exports of your bookkeeping and transactions are available from the Starter plan, with no conditions or delay.
