Selling other people's clothes for a commission fills a shop without tying up a penny. But you need to know, at any moment, what you owe to whom.

You create each consignor with their rate — 40%, 50%, 60%, whatever you agreed. As soon as one of their items sells on Vinted, their share is computed automatically: selling price × (1 − commission). The owed counter updates without you touching anything.
Bundles and discounts, pro rata
This is where spreadsheets give up. When an item sells inside a discounted bundle, its share must be recomputed against the price actually received, not the listed one. Fripilot does it piece by piece — exactly the kind of calculation that, done from memory, ends in disagreement.
The statement that builds trust
When it is time to pay, you export the consignor's statement: sales for the period, prices, commission, amount due. That document is what brings people back with new bags. Your items and theirs live in the same shop without ever mixing in your margins.

How do I tell my items from a consignor's?
By the source recorded on each item. Many sellers also add the consignor's initials as a suffix in their reference, e.g. #1287sev — a habit that pays off six months later.
Am I an agent or a reseller, for tax?
It depends on your agreement and your actual practice: as an agent your income is the commission; buying and reselling, it is the full price. The difference in taxable base is significant, so have your accountant confirm it.
